Seven local groups—Organizing4UA, Forward 15, Columbus Northwest Blues, Upper Arlington Progressive Action, Central Ohio Citizens for Truth in Government, Progress Hilliard, and Indivisible Ohio District 15—joined together for a mass protest at Stivers’ Hilliard office this morning to urge Stivers to vote against the AHCA. (His staff said he is “undecided”.)
59 enthusiastic volunteers showed up to register their opposition to the Republican plan for health care. There were many honks and thumbs up from passers-by out on Cemetery Road!
Jean Wentzel delivered a ‘huge’ petition signed by District 15 constituents asking Stivers to vote no on the AHCA.
